First of all, what on earth is a Mindset?


A mindset is a collection of your thoughts and beliefs that have shaped your thought habits. These thought habits affect how you think, what you feel, and believe, as well as what you do and how your react or respond to people and situations. Your mind-set has a powerful effect on how you see the world, and how you see yourself.


Sometimes there are the mindsets and beliefs that are hidden way back in the shadows of your mind, that you try not to think about or maybe don’t realize they are there at all. And these things can be a major contributor to weight and health issues and they need to be recognized and addressed. Then and only then can true, lasting results occur and become permanent.


It’s not enough just to get on a program to help with weight loss. It’s vital to discover what the mindsets are that have contributed to your weight gain, which in turn, will help you to understand why it’s been so darn difficult to get that weight off and keep it off!
