Many women struggle to lose weight or even just to get started. They would love to have one little, simple thing to help them and give them a jump-start.

Note: If you are eating a basically healthy diet, then this should work for you with no problem at all. If your diet is not healthy, then it may not work or work as well as it should or could.
So what is it?! It literally is, very simple!
All you have to do is flip- flop your meals, breakfast & dinner, for 3 full days. Meaning that what you normally have for breakfast, you will have for dinner and what you normally have for dinner you have for breakfast.
Yes, this means you may be eating left-overs for breakfast, but not necessarily. Some people don't like left-overs and that's ok. You just may need to do a little extra meal planning for those 3 days.
